We work with talented people across Ukraine who deliver exceptional digital work remotely. Your situation is understood and fully respected — we will never ask you to attend video calls at fixed hours or leave your home. All work is delivered asynchronously, on your schedule. Your job is to produce excellent work. Our job is to handle clients, communication, and payments. You focus on the craft. We handle the rest.

Account Setup · Days 1–2
Create your Slack account
You will receive an invite link via email. Slack is our primary communication tool. Set up your profile with your first name and role (e.g. "Mykola · Web Dev"). You do not need to use your real photo.
Access Notion workspace
You will be invited to our Notion workspace. This is where project briefs, deadlines, style guides, and client notes live. Familiarize yourself with the Project Board and your personal task section.
Set up your payment method
We pay via Wise (bank transfer, low fees) or USDT stablecoin (crypto, fastest). You must have at least one ready before your first project completes. Share your payment details privately with your account manager on Slack — never in public channels.
Install your AI tools
These are your primary productivity tools. Get accounts set up: Claude.ai (Pro recommended), Cursor (AI code editor — free tier available), ChatGPT. Links and discount codes in Notion under "Team Resources."

Skills Training · Days 2–4
Complete your role track
In Notion, open Training → Role Tracks and complete the track matching your skill set. Each track has 4–6 short lessons covering how we do the work, what quality looks like, and how to use AI tools effectively.
Read the Client Style Bible
This document defines our writing style, tone of voice, and quality standards. US clients expect professional but conversational English — clear, no filler phrases. This applies to every service we offer.
Submit a test deliverable
Before your first paid project, complete one unpaid test task (1–2 hours). This lets us give you detailed feedback in a low-stakes environment. Your account manager will assign and review it within 24 hours.

Non-Negotiable Rules

Violating these rules ends the engagement immediately.
- Never contact clients directly. All client communication goes through your account manager.
- Never share client information — names, company details, briefs — with anyone outside the team.
- Never miss a deadline silently. Communicate at least 24 hours in advance if you need an extension.
- All work must be original. AI-assisted is encouraged. Plagiarized content is grounds for immediate termination.
- Quality over speed. Do not submit work you are not confident in. Ask before delivering if unsure.
